Bread chips/crackers

 

Serve these with dips.

 

Flat bread – lavish bread, pita bread, Lebanese bread or bagels thinly sliced across ways

Melted butter or olive oil

Flavouring – eg lemon pepper, herb pepper, grated parmesan, etc

 

·        Preheat oven to 180°C.  Line a baking tray with baking paper.

·        Brush the bread with butter or oil.  Sprinkle with chosen herbs or other flavouring.

·        Cut into squares, triangles or chosen shape.

·        Bake for about 5 minutes or until crisp and lightly coloured.

·        Cool.
